You will be provided with our banking details on checkout if you choose payment by bank deposit. Please use your surname or order number as a reference when depositing the funds. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our bank account.

If you process an order and it remains unpaid after a period of more than 7 days we will contact you and ask for the payment within 24 hours. If we have not received payment after this period your order will be cancelled.

Free shipping for all orders over $20 ! **Australia wide only**

**Except Large item such as Kitchen play set and large kids' furniture. Products marked with Large Item Shipping in description, will incur extra postal charges only for those products, and we only charge a flat rate of $25 for large item shipping within Australia.

**Pick up option is available from our showroom & warehouse ! Please contact us before you come to pick up your order, for ensure your stock is instore at our showroom, more details please email us.

Express post only extra $10 for Australia wide.

We will use Australia Post's standard "click and send" delivery for most of the orders. After your order had been dispatched, we will notify you and provide tracking details. If you have a request for a certain postage method, please let us know when you place your order.

All orders will be dispatched by Little yoyo Styles' team within 1-3 days of purchase. If there is a delay for processing your order for some reasons we will notify you immediately by email.

Each order has been securely wrapped to help prevent any damages that may occur during the postage process. However, Little yoyo Styles will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels once posted.

Flat rate for New Zealand Customers is ONLY AUD$11.00 !

Flat rate for all International Customers is ONLY AUD$20.00 !

International delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on location.
